Welcome To Our On-Line Home Brewing Class! This class is adapted from the brewing classes we have taught at our home brew store in Santa Cruz California. The virtual class contains all the same information including color photographs of the brewing process, from start to finish. A black & white printed version of the brewing process is also available. The brewing guide comes with all the easy-brew and mash-extract organic beer kits we sell, or it can be purchased as a stand-alone item for $1. If you wish to purchase the guide without a kit, there are two versions: one for extract brewing, and one for mash-extract brewing. Because our virtual Class has over 20 color and black & white images and a large amount of text, it may take up to 1 hour to complete the tour. As our hands on brewing class is at least 2 hours in length, you will still spend less time with the virtual tour.
