	Shipping Options For On-line Orders Shipping Options For Shopping Cart Orders Once you have selected the items you want to purchase and have added them to your shopping cart, you can use the shopping cart shipping calculator to see the available options for shipping your order. Below are step by step instructions: 1. Add all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and click the view shopping cart link at the top right of the page. The contents of your shopping cart will be displayed. 2.Enter the zip code where your order will ship to in the text field next to the black calculate shipping button. Click the calculate shipping button. 3. All available shipping options will appear on a drop down menu as pictured below. Choose the option that you prefer, and the rate will appear just above the total for your order. The first option is UPS ground. This is the most economical shipping choice for most orders. The second option in the picture above is UPS 3 Day. We always ship these orders as soon as possible, sometimes even the same day. If you choose UPS 3 day expect delivery 3-5 business days after you place the order. For instance: If you place an order on a Monday Evening and hoose UPS 3-Day it will ship on Tuesday for delivery on Friday. Note: the ship date does not count as a day in transit. The next option is UPS 2 Day. If you order on Monday morning (by 12 pm Pacific Time) the order will be shipped the same day. If you choose UPS 2 day expect delivery 3- 4 business days after you place the order. For instance: If you place an order on a Monday Evening and choose UPS 2-Day it will ship on Tuesday for delivery on Thursday. Note: the ship date does not count as a day in transit. USPS- PRIORITY is delivery by the US Postal Service. This service is 2- 3 days to all US locations. These orders are shipped in 1 to 2 business days, except APO/FPO orders which are treated as international orders and may take up to 5 business days to ship.Our USPS rates include a $1 per order handling charge to cover extra costs such as a special trip to the post office to ship the order and additional insurance. The final option is Fedex Ground. If you prefer Fedex over UPS choose this option. The shipping time in transit and the cost is virtually the same for both Fedex and UPS ground. UPS Ground Shipping Rates: We ship most orders by UPS ground. Shipping cost is based on weight and we charge what UPS charges us to ship your package. If you order online, the shipping cost is calculated once the items you wish to order are added to the shopping cart and you enter the ship to address. If you are mailing or faxing an order you will need the shipping quote before the order is sent to us. Here are the options for obtaining a shipping quote:

UPS.com: If you know the exact shipping weight of your order (including the weight of the box and packaging), you may use the USPS shipping page. Our zip code is 95060. Enter the address, shipping weight, and our zip code, and rates and times in transit will be displayed. Please note that time in transit starts from the date the order shipped, which is usually but not always day after the order is placed. USPS Rate Calculator: If you know the exact shipping weight of your order (including the weight of the box and packaging), you may use the US Postal Service shipping page. Our zip code is 95060. Enter the address, shipping weight, and our zip code, and rates and times in transit will be displayed. Please note that time in transit starts from the date the order shipped, not the day you place the order. Our mail carrier picks up orders at 10 am on most days. This means orders must be placed by 12 pm to be shipped by Priority Mail the following day. Orders placed after noon that are being shipped by Priority Mail will not ship the next day, they will ship the day after. ORDERS THAT WEIGH OVER 150 lbs

Our shopping cart cannot compute the actual shipping cost for orders that weigh over 150 lbs. If ordering heavy items online, the shopping cart will bill you a $99 temporary rate. This is not a flat rate to ship your order. The actual cost will be calculated by our shipping department and we will contact you to authorize the actual shipping charge. For orders over 200 lbs, the rate will include the hundredweight discount if shipped by UPS ground.

SHIPPING & BACK ORDERS:

We ship most orders within one business day of receiving them (except for orders shipped via the US Post Office, which can take up to 1 extra day for processing). If an order is received by 12 PM on a weekday we will ship it the same day (except for very large orders and USPS orders). We are a small business with a small staff, so there are days when we have lots of orders to ship and we cannot ship all of the orders on that day. When this happens (most often on Mondays), we always ship the orders in the order that we received them. We really appreciate your understanding! We do not back order or substitute items without contacting you first: If we are out of an item we will call or e-mail for instructions, unless the item is a closeout that is no longer available, in which case it will be dropped from the order.

C.O.D. ORDERS:

We do not accept COD orders. Check or money orders can be mailed to the address on the order form

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

If you are in a rush we can ship your order via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air to zones A & B. Zone C Shipments are always shipped USPS Priority Mail, but can be shipped overnight upon request. If you wish NEXT DAY AIR Shipping, you must place your order by telephone. Orders shipped by an expedited method are billed the actual cost of shipping & insurance.
