A full bodied, deep amber ale spiced just right for the holidays. A blend of Ceylon cinnimon sticks, whole cloves, and organic ginger give this beer a warm, spicy finish. Because the spices are packaged separately, you also have the option to omit the spices (and save them for the pumpkin pie), or adjust the amounts used to your own personal preference. Contains organic malt extract, organic specialty malts, organic hops, organic spices (Ceylon cinnimon, orange peel, cloves, & ginger), organic bottling sugar, Irish Moss, recipe, and instructions. Produces an original gravity of approximately 1.050. IBU's: 33. Recommended yeast for this kit (Not included! Order separately): Wyeast #1056 American Ale, or White Labs California Ale.

***NOTE: If you choose the option to purchase the kit without DME or corn sugar for bottling you will need to supply your own bottling sugar (corn sugar, DME, etc.). You may not need bottling sugar if you plan to keg your beer.

A fantastic brew. The organic cinnamon, ginger and orange, really makes this one of the best home brews I have ever made.

UPS & Fedex Ground Shipping Rates: Shipping cost is based on weight and we charge what UPS charges us to ship your package. If you order online, the shipping cost is calculated once the items you wish to order are added to the shopping cart and you enter the ship to address. For mail and fax orders you will need the shipping quote before the order is sent to us. Here are the options for obtaining a shipping quote:

Enter the address, shipping weight, and our zip code, and rates and times in transit will be displayed. Please note that time in transit starts from the date the order shipped, not the day you place the order. Our mail carrier picks up orders at 10 am on most days. This means orders must be placed by 12 pm to be shipped by Priority Mail the following day. Orders placed after noon that are being shipped by Priority Mail will not ship the next day, they will ship the day after. SHIPPING & BACK ORDERS:

We ship most orders within one business day of receiving them. If an order is received by 12 PM on a weekday we will ship it the same day (except for very large orders). We are a small business with a small staff, so there are days when we have lots of orders to ship and we cannot ship all of the orders on that day. When this happens (most often on Mondays), we always ship the orders in the order that we received them. We really appreciate your understanding! We do not back order or substitute items without contacting you first: If we are out of an item we will call or e-mail for instructions, unless the item is a closeout that is no longer available.

C.O.D. ORDERS:

We do not accept COD orders. Check or money orders can be mailed to the address on the order form

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

If you are in a rush we can ship your order via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and other overseas U.S. destinations are always shipped USPS Priority Mail, but can be shipped UPS 2 Day Air upon request. If you wish NEXT DAY AIR Shipping, you must place your order by telephone. Orders shipped by an expedited method are billed the actual cost of shipping & insurance.

All of the products labeled organic that we sell are certified organic by California certified Organic Farmers, a USDA recognized agency. The USDA federal rule guarantees you, the consumer, organic products that are grown without toxic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Buying organic will insure that the food products you consume contain no genetically modified organisms (GMO's), and are free from irradiation. In addition, buying certified organic means all of the equipment and storage facilities have been inspected to make sure no harmful chemicals are used in cleaning equipment or pest management, and no chemical or other potentially harmful processing aids or additives are used in the processing of organic foods.
