Our focus is on brewing with a conscience by choosing organic ingredients and using low environmental impact methods of brewing such as water conservation. This newsletter is sent 3 or 4 times a year. We also send an occasional sale announcement (2 or 3 per year) to the subscribers of this list. Home Coffee Roasting: Includes updates on the latest coffee shipments and products, specials, and coffee roasting ideas. Also included in some editions is information about the growers of the coffee and how Fair trade programs benefit the growers and their families. This newsletter is sent 3 or 4 times a year. We also send an occasional sale announcement (2 or 3 per year) to the subscribers of this list. Santa Cruz Store: This newsletter is the same as the Home Brewing Newsletter except it also contains information and specials offered exclusively to customers of the Santa Cruz retail store. Locally pertinent information such as retail store hours or local events are also included in this newsletter. We send the local newsletter 4 to 6 times a year. We also send an occasional sale announcement (2 or 3 per year) to the subscribers of this list. Organic Brewing Challenge Volunteers: This is a list exclusively for folks who want to volunteer to help judge entries in our annual Organic Brewing Competition. This competition is held one a year, in the fall, in the San Francisco Bay Area. All volunteers must be at least 21 years of age, and must be able to travel to the event location. Join this list for updates specifically for volunteer participants. Organic Brewing Challenge Sponsors: Want to support the Organic Brewing Challenge as a Sponsor? Sponsors gain recognition in our web and print advertising, and also gain prestige by helping to make this event a success. Sponsors can donate money to help offset costs, and prizes to be given to winning contestants.
