Colombian coffee is a classic often under appreciated by today's third wave coffee enthusiasts. These coffees are incredibly well-rounded, with a great balance of body, sweetness, and acidity to make a perfect every day cup or the base of a breakfast blend.
These beans come from the Tolima region, grown amongst the elevated regions in the Cordillera Central, a region of the Colombian Andes. Keep these beans away from heavy roasting and you can preserve the dark brown sugar and baking spice notes, along with some fleeting floral orange blossom.
