If you use a counterflow wort chiller, it can be tricky to adjust the flow just right so that the end temperature is exactly what you want. The Thrumometer attaches to 3/8" i.d. tubing and thus can be placed at the outflow of a counterflow chiller for the most accurate temperature flow control. Constructed of solid aluminum with an ultra smooth inner bore that will sanitize easily.
