A warm and robust full bodied Porter that takes full advantage of the aromatic N.Z. Hallertaur hops. For a pleasant and surprising finish, try bottling this ale with half a cup of honey for a great honey porter. Contains organic malt extract, organic malted barley, organic hops, organic bottling sugar, Irish Moss, recipe, and instructions. Produces an original gravity of approximately 1.056. IBU's: 38. Recommended yeast for this kit (Not included! Order separately): Wyeast #1028 London Ale, or White Labs English Ale. ***NOTE: If you choose the option to purchase the kit without DME or corn sugar for bottling you will need to supply your own bottling sugar (corn sugar, DME, etc.). You may not need bottling sugar if you plan to keg your beer.
