This is a dry stout styled after the most popular Irish Stout (our own Guiness clone), with a rich roasted malt character and moderate hop bitterness. Has a very thick, full bodied texture and a thick, creamy head. Contains organic malt extract, organic malted barley, organic roasted barley, organic barley flakes, organic hops, organic bottling sugar, Irish Moss, recipe, and instructions. Produces an original gravity of approximately 1.046. IBU's: 38. Recommended yeast for this kit (Not included! Order separately): Wyeast #1084 Irish Ale, or White Labs Irish Ale. ***NOTE: If you choose the option to purchase the kit without DME or corn sugar for bottling you will need to supply your own bottling sugar (corn sugar, DME, etc.). You may not need bottling sugar if you plan to keg your beer.
