Smooth, malty, and moderately hoppy, this is a classic E.S.B. that is a true showcase of quality organic beer. The recipe is loosely based on our popular Red Honey ESB recipe that we offered years ago. This ale is light amber in color and is sure to be a crowd pleaser. If you want more of a dry, crisp finish and a higher alcohol content we recommend adding 1 to 2 lbs of raw honey (not included in the kit) to the boil. For a hoppier finish, try dry hopping with organic Kent Goldings hops (purchase separately). Contains organic malt extract, organic malted barley, organic barley flakes, organic hops, organic dry malt extract (DME) for bottling, Irish Moss, recipe, and instructions.
