A full bodied, deep amber ale spiced just right for the holidays. A blend of organic Ceylon cinnimon sticks, whole cloves, orange peel, and organic ginger give this beer a warm, spicy finish. Because the spices are packaged separately, you also have the option to omit the spices (and save them for the pumpkin pie), or adjust the amounts used to your own personal preference. Contains organic malt extract, organic malted barley, organic hops, organic spices (Ceylon cinnimon, cloves, orange peel, & ginger), organic bottling sugar, Irish Moss, recipe, and illustrated instructions. Produces an original gravity of approximately 1.050. IBU's: 33. Recommended yeast for this kit (Not included! Order separately): Wyeast #1056 American Ale, or White Labs California Ale.
***NOTE: If you choose the option to purchase the kit without DME or corn sugar for bottling you will need to supply your own bottling sugar (corn sugar, DME, etc.). You may not need bottling sugar if you plan to keg your beer.
