120- 140 o L. This is a unique malt that is used in many types of beer to acheive the profound raisiny flavor notes often associated with darker high gravity beers such as dopplebock. Adds a raisiny, chocolate, slight coffee flavor and aroma and a deep red to copper color. Use sparingly in most beers (5- 10% of the malt bill).
