print the order
form linked to this page, fill
it in, and fax or mail it to us. Or, click
the link at the top of this page to place an
order
on-line using our secure shopping cart system.

UPS
Ground Shipping Rates:
We
ship most orders by UPS ground. Shipping
cost is based on weight and we charge what
UPS charges us to ship your package. If you
order online, the shipping cost is calculated
once the items you wish to order are added
to the shopping cart and you enter the ship
to address. If you are mailing or faxing
an order you will need the shipping quote
before the order is sent to us.
We
ship most orders within one business day of
receiving them.
If an order is received by 12 PM on a weekday
we will ship it the same day (except for
very large orders). We are a small business
with a small staff, so there are days when
we have lots of orders to ship and we cannot
ship all of the orders on that day. When
this happens (most often on Mondays), we
always ship the orders in the order that
we received them.

are happy to package gift orders upon your request.
We can ship directly to the recipient and can include
a gift message at no extra cost to you. To have
a custom message included
on the packing slip please include the text with
your order or tell us over the telephone. We also
have

certificates available in any amount you choose.

| INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS: |
Due
to the dramatic increase in international credit
card fraud, we do not ship orders to destinations
outside of the US except APO/FPO (US military)
addresses. We are a small company that does
not have
the
resources
to collect on fraudulent
claims. As
a small business we also do not have the staff
to handle the higher level of paperwork and
order documentation that international shipping
of small orders requires. This policy applies
to ALL countries including Canada. We make
exceptions for large commercial orders shipping
to a business with established creditials for
the purpose reselling our
product or using it in the manufacture of a
commercial product.

work hard to provide personable customer service to our
existing and prospective customers. We are happy to answer
questions about any of our products or and we can assist
you with using one of our products. We will also answer
your general brewing questions if you are a customer of
ours (we consider you a customer if you have made a purchase
within the past 18 months). Please check our extensive homebrewing
tips section before you contact us as your question
may already be answered there! If you do not find the answer
you are looking for in our online materials, call us during
our regular business hours or send us an e-mail. We are
normally able to respond to your information requests within
24 hours. Out of respect for our staff Members who work
very long hours please do not ask us for brewing assistance
if you have never purchased anything from us.
