Easy to use, a home keg system can save hours of time cleaning and filling bottles. Using kegs instead of bottles also uses less water and cleaning supplies, saving money and reducing your impact on the environment. Our home kegging system includes a brand new 5 pound CO2 cylinder (not filled- the cylinder can be filled at your local welding or fire extinguisher service shop), a dual gauge CO2 regulator with an adjustment screw (0-60 PSI), built in safety relief, and one way check valve, a reconditioned 5 gallon ball- lock keg (see description below), one gas and one liquid ball- lock fitting, a picnic style beer faucet, 6 feet of extra smooth, no foam beverage tubing, 3 stainless steel adjustable hose clamps, a package of 5-Star PBW for cleaning, and instructions. If ordering the system without a keg, unless otherwise specified when you order, the system includes fittings for ball-lock kegs. Refrigerater Conversion kit: OPTION 1: Commercial keg conversion kit: The ultimate gift for that best friend of yours who drinks all your homebrew. Includes: Commercial beer tap (Sanke), 5# CO2 tank (empty steel tank), 2-guage CO2 regulater, Faucet with 4" shank assembly, all stainless 4" wall mount drip tray, 8' of tubing, 5 hose clamps & fittings, instruction, and a package of 5-star cleaner. To install the tap in a refrigerator you will need a power drill with a 1" hole saw bit that can handle cutting metal. OPTION 2: Home Brew keg conversion kit: All of the above except the Sanke Tap plus a used 5 gallon ball-lock keg and 2 ball-lock quick disconnects. KEGS Used 5 gallon Ball-lock Kegs These kegs are retired from service in the soda industry, and have been factory cleaned and tested for leaks. All of the gaskets are less than 6 months old. They are guaranteed to be leak free, but they may have minor dents, scratches, and/or old labels. Good quality re-conditioned kegs are getting harder to find, and the wholesale prices have gone up considerably in the past year. Price and availability subject to change!! Fitted with a 1/4" nipple to attach the beer line, with a built in back check valve and pressure release valve. Comes with basic instructions. Adjust the CO2 pressure to your kegs from 0- 60 PSI with the small adjustment screw on the front of the regulator Guage Cage This cage will protect a standard 2-guage regulator (including the one we sell on the left). Prevents damage to the sensitive guages and saves money on replacement costs. NEW CO2 Cylinders These brand new cylinders will give you years of service. We ship these cylinders empty, so you will need to have it filled before using (most welding shops or fire extinguisher service stations fill CO2 cylinders). The 5# cylinder will cost $8 to $15 to fill, and will dispense 6- 9 kegs.
