This brew has been a personal favorite of Co-op Member Amelia for many years. Amber in color with a nutty complexity from the toasted buckwheat, millet, and quinoa. Wheat and oats give the ale a full bodied flavor, with barley and rye for a clean finish. The hops are mellow to allow the unique grain flavors to come through. It's not just for breakfast any more! This kit is more difficult to brew than our other mash-extract kits because it requires pre-cooking the specialty adjuncts.

Produces an original gravity of approximately 1.050
